An initial phone conversation or email is made to discuss your circumstances, priorities, services you are requiring and timelines. We will then organise a time with you for a site inspection and our recommendations for your sale or move.

As both of us are Sydney based and our late mother’s house was in Melbourne we needed someone we could rely on to not only get the job done but most importantly someone we could trust to treat our late parents personal effects with respect and caring. Lisa impressed us with her genuineness when we first met her and appointing her to do the clear out and preparation for sale of Mums house proved to be the right decision. We were largely able to manage the process by a combination of SMS, email and telephone calls. By Lisa, Jess and their team managing the process on our behalf neither of us nor our four siblings had to deal with over 50 years of memories: the process would have been emotionally difficult and would have taken us many many weekends to do the job Lisa and Jess were able to do in a little over a week. Lisa and Jess also assisted us in preparing decorating the home for the opens.

I contacted Lisa and Jess after looking at several websites for decluttering services. I am so glad that I chose them. I needed my husband’s shed cleaning out and sorting out as well as a general home declutter and style for presentation for sale.
Lisa responded quickly to my request and she and Jess were thoroughly professional. They Just “got it” and knew how to work with my husband to sort out his shed as well as how to get in and sort out a lot of my excess items, particularly in the kitchen. All the boxes were packed so well. They weren’t over stacked and it was easy to see the items in them. As well as this, the boxes were labelled clearly. Delicate items were all carefully wrapped in butcher’s paper. After all the sorting and packing was done, Lisa arranged for the storage of the boxes and some excess furniture The people who removed the furniture also rearranged the heavy items in the Unit as well. Jess then came back and beautifully styled the bedrooms and the lounge room (including the crystal cabinet and bookcases) and made everything look perfect. Lisa and Jess also placed some Art works in position. There was also a thorough clean inside and outside and rubbish removal, all organised by Lisa. I’ve had many positive comments from the Real Estate Agents and my family and friends about how great the presentation of the Unit was.
I have no hesitation in recommending the services of Lisa and Jess. They were professional, easy to communicate with, had the ability to know what was necessary and what not, cheerful, reliable and honest. They worked to a timetable and kept to it as well and the costs were fair and as quoted.
